We only store personal data about you that is required to operate Leangap. We store your name to identify and your email to verify your account and contact you. You can always disable marketing emails if you wish by opting out. We store other information securely.
Accounts can be deleted at any time which will remove any information you have posted to Leangap.

For user account registration purposes, Leangap stores only your name and email. Your name and email is private and never shared with other users or any third parties. This data is stored for a period of time in order to facilitate logins. We take pride in not storing more data than is necessary for you to use this site.
We may request information from you, eg Short Response Questions that is necessary to operate Leangap. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
You can request an account deletion in your Account Settings to delete all your information that we store. Note that we may have legitimate interest to retain some of your data (See section 3).
We care deeply about security and use industry standard methods for securing passwords and implement strong practises to prevent unauthorised data access.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
If you optionally link your Facebook account, we will store a token to let you sign into the site.
We do not share any information you post on the site with any third parties.
We use the following data processors to run Leangap. We only use well trusted data processors to ensure your data is stored securely and have no interest in hiding what services we use.
If at any point you wish to delete the data you have provided to use, please use the account deletion feature found on your Account Settings page.
You can also request an export of your data including your submissions.
If your personal data has been shared by another user, this is explicitly against our rules. Please inform us using the contact information below and we can deal with any unauthorised personal data sharing.
Any account links, eg Facebook can be unlinked on the account link management page.
We explicitly do not offer our services to users under 16 in EU nations and under 13 in other countries even with parental consent.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
